Transpose Macro to include horizontal headings

Hi Guys

I have a excel file that contains VBA code that transposes the information contained horizontally in a vertical fashion. However the Macro does not include the headings when transposing the information.

The key point is i need the headings in columns D to I to be included in the transposed data information so i am able to understand what the $ relates to.

I have attached a working excel file that contains the current Macro / VBA code that performs the initial function and have included an example of the desired outcome

Can someone assist with modifying the code to include the headings when transposing vertically?
