Writing data into excel from a text file

Hi, I have a text file which is set out like this:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

and I need to place with text into a specific column (say column D starting at row 8 down) and worksheet (sheet 1, sheet 2 etc) in excel using vba.

i can do this manually using macro but I cant figure out how to write it
