Clear out all rows and move them to a corresponding sheet on the same workbook

Hi,

I am in need of a macro that will move data from one worksheet to another. I would like this to run at a set time say 4:30pm.

I'd appreciate any help I can get.

Please attach a sample workbook and specify what data needs to be copied.
To be able to run the macro at 4.30pm you can add the workbook to your scheduled tasks in your computer. The macro can be added to the auto_open event of your file.

I have attached a sample.

What I'd like it to do is to cut out all the info out of the worksheet "daily" and paste into "running sheet" at the end of the day. (say 4:30)

Im not sure how much work this next part will require, but essentially id like the data from the "running sheet" to copy across to the "monthly" sheet and fall into the correct time categories.
