This is my first post here. I want to change multiple values in a file with other multiple corespondents. This is an example of a file.

The bold values I want to replace with the bold values from this table.

Definition Full-HD 1,920 x 1,080 (16:9)

This is just an example, the values will be random in the file: on different rows / columns, etc.
