    Tricky find, copy and paste

hi i have this very tedious task that i do on a weekly basis. I'm trying to make a macro for it but i cant seem to figure it out. I can write simple macro's (just started learning) but this some seems quite tricky for me. Hope someone can help me out on this.

Im actually having trouble explaining this but i'll do my best. here it goes.

There are two files involved in this, the "main template" and the "look up file". The main template is divided into two. Export and Import with countries listed on it. for example

    Export
    Brunei
    Cambodia
    China
    Japan

    Import
    Brunei
    Cambodia
    China
    Japan

what i want to do is find the total values of the country from the look-up file and paste in on the main template next to the country name.

I included a sample attachment so that you can clearly understand what i meant. The lookup file is quite hard for me to explain so i suggest you take a look.

Thanks a lot for your help.

I have put formula in Budget FEE Column of IMPORT table in ASIA sheet of "Sample ans" file.It gets Total data from Budget FEE Column of EXPORT sheet of Lookupfile. Is that what you want? Is it to be extended to other cells also?
