How do I show Countif Results (Not the Number)

I need help with a formula that will dynamically create a subset list of names from a larger list. I can use countif to get the number of results but how do I get it to show the actual results? For instance, I have a list of employees and the offices that they work in. on a separate sheet in the workbook, I want it to show the office and the employees that work there. I want this list to automatically update when I add and remove employees from the master list. Can this be done?

Do a Google search on Pivot Tables. It will give you all the info you need.
