Removing the Formatting

Hey,

I have some xls(around 100) in D:\proc, I am running some macros on the data , but these xls has some formatting, which automatically adds one row, the formatting is like a blue color rectangle box(please see the attachment), because of this formatting the macro which I am running are not giving proper output, I need to remove the formatting for all the xls files in all the worksheets.

Please tell me how can i do this in vba.
