Cut, Copy, Paste & Delete Rows If Value Does Not Exist

I have two workbooks with ref numbers in column A called Monthly and Weekly.

Can anyone suggest a macro that will -

1. Run down column A of the sheet called Master in the Weekly Workbook file looking at the ref numbers.
2. Search for those ref numbers in Col A of the Master Sheet in the Monthly Workbook.
3. If any ref numbers in the Weekly Workbook are not in the Monthly workbook copy the whole row containing that number to the Cancelled sheet in the Weekly Workbook
4. Delete that row from the Master sheet of the Weekly Workbook
