    Commission based Excel formula issue!?

This may be the wrong area. If it is then please move my thread.

Maybe someone here can answer my question. The text book says:
"Enter a formula for commission that calculates the commission based upon multiplying Sales times the appropriate commission from the data in A26:A28. Use [@Column_title] referencing and INDEX and MATCH functions for looking up data in the A26:B28 cell range"

For the sum of all that I have a column in A8:A20 that has the titles K-12,Higher Ed, and Trade. I have a column in F8:F20 that has the sales for each row. I have another table that has that is it was K-12 then 6.50%, Higher Ed 7.50%, and Trade 8.50%. I want to have a formula that says something like if a8 is one of the things in the second table then divide f8 by that value. The second table is A26:A28=K-12, Higher Ed, and Trade; B26:B28=6.50%, 7.50%, and 8.50%.

If someone could help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. If you need more information then just request it please.
