Problem with creating "Past using text wizard"

Dear all,

Since I need to past the text by using "Past using text wizard" quite often, so I would like to
create a macro for automatic past for me (as shown below).

text: ABC
I would like to put: A(in A1) B(in B1) and C (in C1)



My problem is I couldn't create a macro by "Record macro" option. I would like to ask if there is another way to do this.
