Yeah so in my full databases I've got things like:

Wendy Price | Email | Phone | Address | Postcode | YES
Wendy Price | Email | Phone | Address | Postcode | YES

It's the correct result just duplicated twice, and only on the ones with Yes we don't get any dups on the ones that are correctly filtered as no.
