    Macros being used on Mac's

    How can I make a macro work on both a PC and a mac, from the same workbook?

    RIght now it wont even register that there is a macro recorded and it is needed, so how can i get it to work???

    Firstly it depends which version of Office on the Mac, some earlier versions don't support VBA

    As far as I know there is no Office 2007 for the Mac

    Sorry I dont use MAC's so im not certain...

    It will be whatever the latest version is though!

    I don't use a Mac but I think the VBA code can differ. If you are coding for both then you need a Mac to test on

    The latest version is Excel 2011 which does support macros; from what you have said, I suspect the version you are trying to work with is 2008, in which case you cannot use VBA in any way shape or form.
