Using A Variable In Concatenate Formula

Newbie having trouble with the following. I need to step the following code line down one row during a loop using a variable i. Col will remain the same.

 ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = "=CONCATENATE(R[29]C,""("",R[29]C[1])"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind....I solved it. Used Range call outs and the & to concatenate and it worked fine....Thanks...
