Pick date to return sql data

Hi

Need vba code for user to pick date and it will query sql table to return records for that date. I had considered pulling all data over to spreadsheet and then choosing date, but there are approximately 100 records added per day and the data has been kept for over 5 years.

To explain a bit further.....this is a plant that mixes different elements together in furnaces to make a raw product that is sold to other industries. They want to be able to compare those mixes from a day in the past to todays data to see the differences and hopefully see why a certain mix might not be as pure.

I am rusty on vba and need some assistance. Thanks.
