    HIDE ZEROS IN CHART - Hide rows of cells that equals zero

    Maybe someone knows a better way to do this, but I trying to make a bar chart, unfortunately I have a lot of options that COULD be in the chart, but most the time are not. To make it less cluttered I am attempting to hide all the rows of the cells equal to zero so they do not show in the chart.

    I am wondering if I could write a macro for this - currently I have something like this:

    If you look at the chart it is obviously not helpful, and I would like to make it so it actually tells me something!

    I know this is not correct yet, but any help would be appreciated!

    Hello,

    Instead of plotting your chart from a matrix with hundreds of zeros, you could use a flat table as the source for a pivot chart. See attached.

    There are only 23 rows of data, the pivot table arranges them for the chart to plot.
