Code for moving "-" suffix

Hi!
I'm a newbie in Excel programing, and in need of some help.
I've added some code into a document to move "-" from the right to the left in a cell.
I need this to register the content as a negative value, and I get about 5000 of these rows every week.
However, this only works with predefined cells.

I was wondering if someone could improve the code to make it apply to "selected" cells, instead of just column A and Row 1.
