If TextBox has value set visible other TextBoxes, if not set false

Hi,
I would like to have some TextBoxes visible if I have values in other Textboxes.
I tried to set the textboxes to false ....but I could not figure out. I attached a sample file with "before" and "after.
I appreciate your time and help!

hi, john55, sort of that, example for Textboxes: 20; 21, 28 (new code commented before and after)

Thank you for your help! it works if I display 0300, if I display 0400 where the textboxes21 and 28 have values it should show me the time (textboxes 26 and 27 and txtboxes 29 and 30).
for 0500 you can see there are 2 cases, the firs one has 2 sectors and it works fain, the second one has 3 sectors and it shold display the time for the last sector.
