    Automating sorting, printing dynamic ranges

This is what I would like to learn how to do and if someone could do this on this sample database I would be able to reverse engineer it and learn how to accomplish these kinds of tasks for myself.
Thank you for your time and effort to assist me in learning /using VBA.

The "Data" db and the "Grp_list" are dynamic range names.

Goal: To determine who is missing hours in which group and print out a report using a header that identifies which group and the report date customized as shown in the header with the "Name" coumn in the report to be in "L_name, F_name" configuration. Each Group would be printed separately. It would also be helpful to have a separate report that would Sort based on "Grp" and "hours" with a sub-toal row separated by a blank row for each group and a total row at the bottom of the report and posted to a separate worksheet. Please see the attached workbook.
