return result based on background color and value

Hello there, I don' think it is possible. FIrst,check my sample, as you can see in my sample workbook. On sheet1 will be the condition table, if it is green background and has a specified value, it will return a result/value with a tan bg color on its specified column in sheet2. Hope I explained it well, if it is possible, How can I do it in excel vba, without putting a hard code inside of my macro?.If I used vlookup function, i dont know if is possible.thanks..
