Creating a loop to summarise data

    Hi

I'm new to the world of macros, so apologies in advance if this is a simple request.

I have setup a spreadsheet whereby it retrieves data from a central server. The spreadsheet is setup so that if I change the country on a control page, it automatically retrieves that country's data.

There are 25 countries for which I need to use this spreadsheet for. I want to summarise the data for the 25 countries so that only one specfic line is copied onto a "Summary" sheet for that country. Is there a way to go through the list of countries without having to type them all in one at a time and copying and pasting the relevant line I need.

In essence, I need this specific line copied for all 25 countries into one summary sheet so I can put together a total.

    Thanks in advance.

    C

Have you tried using the macro recorder?
Is your code running too slowly?
Does your workbook or database have a bunch of duplicate pieces of data?
Have a look at this article to learn the best ways to set up your projects.
It will save both time and effort in the long run!

Depending on the data layout a PivotTable would be better than a macro
    Hope that helps.
