Compiling data from multiple cells into one cell

Hello, first of all many thanks for taking the time to look at this problem. I have Thousands of rows of data which i would like compressed into the format. This format is "cellcontent-cellcontent-cellcontent". This action can only be completed if there is a number in a selected column. Hope someone can help me with this problem.
