Multiple lookup or Vlookup...I think...

Hi there guys,

I have 2 worksheets, I would like a lookup type of function (i think!) to find a value in 3 columns and return the related data. Someone was kind enough earlier to help me with the Vlookup function which is working a treat in my worksheet, but as far as I can work out, it will only search through one column (correct me if i'm wrong)

I am terrible at explaining, so have attached a sample sheet with notes and arrows which will hopefully explain much better than I can in words. Apologies for my ignorance!

I might also mention that my ignorance means,I am hopeless at writing these formulas, and need it spelt out for me if at all possible.

Any help would bevery gratefully received.
