Is the change dependant on a variable? ie if certain values are entered the colour is something specific?
If not and you just want to highlight the cells you could but the following code at the end of the userform script to change the colour.

hi Ianh,
I tried before this solution, it colors my selected cell. With my UserForm I "select" a cell and update others! these cell(s) updated I want to have it colored!
