Question Linking user forms together and recording on database with a search function

    Dear All
As a complete novice with user forms and VBA I have managed to learn a few things from the forum's and those that have helped with a few posts that I have placed.

However Senior Management now require me to complete redesign work I had done in the past and I have several issue that I just dont know how to go about writing the VB if it is at all possible? I have several user forms with some VB included for you to look at.

I have put three explination tabs on the attached workbook and hopefully I have explained what I'm now trying to do. Any advice / guidance / direction is really appreciated as I need to try an complete this before the end of the month.

If you need any more information or clarification please reply. I do use Office 2007 but most user that require this will be using 2003.
