    Hi ryanmic,

    This is close to a Pivot Table - see attached. But..... not what you wanted exactly....

    Thanks for your effort Mordred, if you see my attached i have two tables, table1 is the raw one from which table2 would be derived, cell content("Task" field) would be combined if it matches that name & time criteria. I hope you would help.

    hi, ryanmic, there many teaching possibilities on-line, this forum is a nice place to learn from. The only thing required form you is your desire.

    In terms of VBA functions and properties there are many on-line resources available but you can always refer to VB help file which is pretty good and clear mostly.
