Cant insert new row and copy data

I have a spreadsheet with data that has been copied onto it. Column A is the key column. What I need to happen is this. If there is data in the columns past H,( I through O) I need to insert a new row directly under the row in question and copy and paste the next SEVEN cells into it...pasting it in the new row, column B and continuing to Column H.
Now,keeping in the same row, If there is data in the cell (column P), do the same...insert a new row under the row just made and copy n paste the next SEVEN cells into the row starting at column B through H.
This needs to be done once more if there is data in column W.
I need this to be done on the entire spreadsheet.
I attached a small spreadsheet to show what I need.I appreciate any help.
