update data from othersheets

Good Morning!
I need a help to write codes to do the following. Find the attached file

I have datas in Sheets - COUNTER1 , COUNTER2 , COUNTER3

I need help to code: Everytime I run the macro, I want the datas to in "COUNTERS1-3" to be copied to Sheet-MASTERDATA, like I copied in the attached sheet.

Thanks.. but
I have more sheets in that workbook, but I need to specify those three "COUNTERSHEETS". I need to copy only data fromthose sheets only.
Also, each time I run the macro, the MASTERDATA to be replaced with the data in the counters. Now it is adding to the existing data.
I need to clear the data in the MASTERDATA and copy the data from those three sheets only.

- you have not specified existance of any other sheets besides those in the sample file
- original question was to copy data, nothing was there about clearing mastersheet data

I am sorry for the confusion.. Its working perfect now.
Except, the serial number the MASTERDATA, to be replaced like in my original file that 1-13..
Do you mind to help me with that too....
