Need a formula for finding words between "and" then pasting

Hi Guys,

Hope someone can help.

Please see example attached.

I am a beginner when it comes to excel and formulas.

In column A I have the original code. I need a formula to copy the text between “ and“ and paste in column B. I will then translate this text and place in column C. Then I’d like the formula to copy the text in column C and paste between the “and“ in column D to create the new translated code.

Hope someone out there can help with this.
