Fill empty cells in arow with data from last cell containing data

Hi,

I have a document ranging from A1:AF2000 and the data is set up hierarchical. What I want is that the top level (column A) continues down to the next system at the same level. This should be done for all columns, but it is also important that data from one level stops when a new level (with new data), or higher level (higher in the hiarchy) continues.

Anyone have any idea how to do this?
