Loop to Lookup Each Column and Index Variable Range of Rows

Hi, I'm sorry if this has been asked before, my account seems to be having trouble with the search function depicting insuffcient memory of some sort.

I have not dealt with macros before, and was wondering is there a loop that will do:

One inputs object name in column A and macro does a lookup + index to return corresponding dates and amount of variable range of rows; and then loops for alternate columns. Is this possible?

Have attached a simple reference --- result example.

Would appreciate any pointers to a relevant thread, and will try my best to comprehend any codes suggested. Many thanks.
