Multiple Criteria - IF

For the attached data, I need to know which how many agents match the following criteria.

<=160 from column B to D AND
<=80 from column E to G AND
<=15% from column H to J AND
<=8% from column K to M AND
>=$3.50 from column N to P AND
<=13% from column Q to S and
<=$65 from column T to V

If there is an N/A in any column OTHER THAN from E to G, the agent would not qualify as they need to meet the targets for 3 months for all metrics (except for outbound).
