Moving a form button with scroll

Is there a way to get a form button on a spreadsheet to move with the screen scroll? (e.g. the last row i can see is 36, so the button is in A36. I scroll down and now i can see 76 so the button scrolls down with the screen to A76). Thanks.

Anyone have ideas??
