Importing Delimited Text File

I am trying to import a text file that is comma delimited into a new excel spreadsheet. I recorded a macro that does this and then modified it in order for the user to be able to select the file to use, but it keeps getting stuck.

the last line of the With statment gives the error "Excel cannot find the text file to refresh this external data range"

I think this should be the simplest way to accomplish importing the text file, but any help would be greatly appreaciated. thanks in advance!
