iterative function

Hello,

I am having trouble with the iterative function. I do exactly what the below video tells me to do but excel wont stop calculating the numbers , it just keeps on going forever. In the video it stops after 206 times. The video will explain it a lot better than me trying to write it out. Also i have included the excel file with the data.
