Access VBA Create Relationships convert to excel vba

What I need is to take the code posted in this topic to work from excel. I don't know what changes would be needed to make it work from excel. Can anyone help?

Also I heard something about cascading updates or w/e. How can I make sure that option is enabled for these tables that the relationships are being created for? Also the table names in the code below are not my table names. And I have trouble reading access VBA as I am just learning it, it would be a big help for me if the table names for this user or any user specific references were replaced with generic "yourtable." Some of which would be easy, but maybe not for others.
