VBA Project password prompt

Hi
I have an Excel file which has VBA project password.I know the password and it ask for the password whenever I try to access the macros.
I don't want to type the password ,how can I un-protect the macros.
I don't want to crack the password as I know the password.I simple don't want it to be password protected.
Kindly give me some ideas.I look forward to your reply.
