Can match or index be used to solve my problem?

Hi All

I have a list of horses in a column and a row of betting forcast prices below the list. What I am trying to do is match the fractional prices in the forecast to the list of horses and place the results in the adjacent column as attached. Any help would be greatly received and my thanks in advance.

Wait, I think the attached is what you want it to look like when done. Are the yellow cells the cells you would like to contain the index/match formulas?

Many thanks for replying. You can see from the betting forecast that Crocus Rose is priced at 100/30 I want to extract that price and place it next the horses name in the list running in column B (I have shown them in the highlighted as decimal figs), Arab League is forecast at 11/2 I want to place that next to the horses name in the list running in column B and so on for each horse.
