Popup box with cell dependant contents

Hi folks, I am really hoping someone can help me.
I have a sheet which will be used to log works being completed on properties, it will contain various dates on surveys, work starts,etc... Well the first few columns contain details relevant to the property such as address, bedrooms, due to the number of columns in question, it would take up too much space on screen if I used a freeze pane to keep it visible whilst inputting the project details later so I hoped that I could get this data to appear in a popup box so that if I clicked on a cell between columns Q and AD that this box would appear populated with the data from that row.
On the screenshot I have created an example of what I would like it to resemble, in this example say I had clicked on cell Q5 this box would appear.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Why not post a sample workbook, that screenshot is unreadable on my m/c and no use when trying to understand your problem.

A workbook will get a better response every time.

However have you tried Grouping Buttons an Freeze Panes in conjunction?

See this crude example Click the Grouping Buttons (the +/- icons) to toggle the columns.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have uploaded a shrunken copy of the sheet with just one line of details included, what I would be after would be: When clicking on a cell in row 5 a popup would come up similar to the Data Validation type containing all the contents from columns F to O for that row.

I have removed most the functionality to make it fit within upload limits, the user selects various address properties in columns A-D which automatically populates F-O using VLOOKUP and INDEX formulas. They will then go on to populate several columns up to approximately column AD.
