Lets say I buy 100 bulbs for my building of 3 stories. Now, I have booked the cost of 100 bulbs in one code eg 12345678 (Stores). I have 3 diff codes for each floor eg 87654321, 87654322,87654323.
Now suppose I use 30 bulbs , 10 on each of floors. I want a excel sheet that can deduct the cost of 30 bulbs from stores i.e. 12345678 and assign to respective floor code. So that at any given point I should know how much is cost of bulb in stock and how much is cost in the building.
