Setting Dynamic Ranges for Printing or not Printing

I'm stuck on setting up dynamic ranges to print or not Print in one case.

    Attached is the sample worksheet.

Basically the user has 3 choices:

"Show All Data" - (Problem #1) Is there a way to disable printing this view or warning that it will take up a lot of pages?

    "Show Standard Data"

    "Shipping Data"

Depending on which you select some columns gets hidden while others get reformatted.

I cannot figure out how to set the Print Area so that other than Column A (Buttons are already set to not print) everything visible should print in relationship the visible columns and rows.
