Adding rows continuously

Hi all,

I hope you can help me with this:

I have an excel sheet with a header row on row 7. I have to copy and insert this row with the exact format and content every 7 rows until the H column is blank.

Your help is appreciated

I suppose it's obvious but I need a macro to automate this process.
