Conditional empty cells deleting

Hello,
once again i need your precious help.
I don't know which is the best way to explain it so i'll attach a screenshot of the situation and refer to it.

I need to delete the empty cells of a row moving the below cells up, when the upper cell linked by the line is empty(green line), while skip the operation where there's something in that cell(red line). The code should be automatic and sequential for all the row of the sheet.
