Sending Email to multiple Addresses based on distribution list created

    Hi,
I am trying to get this issue I am trying to solve to save time inputting email addresess
wonder if you can help me with a Macro or direct me to something that is aldredy done.

I have a list of Retail store names in a list i.e
    Store 1
    Store 2
    Store 3
    -
    -
    Store 20
Now each store has a store manager, customer service manager ,inventory manager all with emails such as sm01@xx , csm02@.. ,Invmgr@..

sometimes I need to send emails to all of these stores or just a couple of them

so I created a sheet with a vlookup formula to combine and concatenate all the addresses together into one cell so that I can then copy and input into the 'to' in oulook

now what I need is to input only the stores I need which could be different everytime and not all 20 of them at a time.
so I need a macro for a loop formula whcih woudl only create the email that I need sometimes 2 or 4 or 10 or 20. Creating a Concatenate formula gives an error if the formula extends to all the stores
    how Do I solve this??
