can someone please help me with calculating renko data from given data

i need to calculate renko data from column A with closing prices into column B

Welcome to the forum.

I think this could be done more cleverly with some combination of area charts and error bars on two series, but here's my attempt with conditional formatting.

There's no explanation of your logic, just some numbers and some red cells.

Shg - is there also a way to create renko bars in Excel with the candle shadows? And - equal nuance being - I have existing OHLC data streaming into Excel, e.g. the last 200 OHLC data in colums row after row, e.g

25.06.2015 |    3      |   5    |   2     |  3     |

Is it possible to create the (box size 3) RENKO OHLC from that data somehow?
