Cannot exit design mode because Control "TextBox1" cannot be created

Hi dear gurus and contributors. I've googled first about my issue and found this. Although both threads have the same titles, but my issue a bit different.

So I have prepared worksheet. And it was working well until today. After I have changed file name, I started getting Cannot exit design mode because Control "TextBox1" cannot be created error. But I have TextBox1 control. It usually pops up when I click on any cell within column A, B and D, with various contents. Unfortunately I cant upload wb right now, but I prepared video for you so you can see what I'm talking about.

I think I'll need to re-create everything again(((
