combine multi cells data to one cell

HI All
I get a download of data in column A of various rows. and I wish to combine the data an place the data in column j of the corresponding row. I am able to combine do this task with a set number of lines however how do I get it to be variable?

attached is the data and what is should look like, also I need to insert a space " " between the row when combining.
