Macro required to calculate and display

Hi,

I am not sure if this can be done but here it goes:

Using a Macro, I would like it to query certain cells and check their numbers. If the numbers are less than 1.00 I would like, in a seperate number of fields, the macro to display, from another worksheet, all the numbers that can make up the difference to equal to 1.00 or as close to 1.00 as possible and it's associated text title.

i.e. Worksheet1, Joe Bloggs number = 0.52 The Macro identifies his number is less 1.00. Macro then identfieds in Worksheet2 all the numbers that can make the difference up to or as close to 1.00 and displays the number and the title related to that number like this:

Project x .048
Project y. 0.34
Project z. 0.21 etc

Let me know if this makes sense.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction. I have very little experience with Macro's and VB but am open to learning.
