Searching for a file.

I need some code that will run under both 2003 and 2007 that will search all local and network locations for another .xls file of a specific name and then save the path to that file to a cell in the original workbook.

Been looking around and I found this:

But it doesn't look like it'll search multiple drive letters and subdirectories and apparently the above doesn't work in 2007. Any ideas?
