Determine last row of col that has data and formulas

Hi,

I am enclosing an excel file to help explain my issue.

I am trying to determine the last row in a col. I have done this in the past using this function below:

I have run into a situation where the col has data.......but it also has formulas......see enclosed file.

the problem is the data stops at say row 15 but the formulas keep going until row 28 so when i run my last row function it returns 28.

any thoughts?

Thanks for responding.

i tried the code you suggested and i dont think it provides the result i am looking for. It gives as the last row ......28 ........and i was looking for a last row of 15.

well, it works some of the time. not sure why it works some of the time and not others.



I found this one on line and it seems to work all of the time.
