Relative Macro.....Text To Column

Hi, I'm not too new to Macros so I will probably understand whoever responds to my post.

....For the life of me I can't find any help on how to create or record a "relative" macro.

I know how to record an "absolute" one where the column with the information I need to separate is always in the same column.

I need to setup the following relative macro:

Text To Column
